Guest Accommodation
Latchmead has 7 guest bedrooms, 3 in the main house and 4 in a specially converted annexe building, just a short distance from the main house.
Our annexe rooms are all on the ground floor and are ideal for early or late arrivals.
They comply with current building and planning regulations for wheelchair access, but they don’t have disabled bathroom facilities – please ask for exact details regarding accessibility.
All rooms at Latchmead have:

A travel cot is available for babies in all rooms
Double Bedroom (Main House)
A spacious room with views of the grounds and countryside, this room has:
- King-size double bed
- en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin
- Bathrobes
Twin/Super King Bedroom (Main House)
A spacious room with views of the grounds and countryside, this room has:
- King-size double bed
- Private bathroom
- Bathrobes
The bathroom is not en-suite but is for the exclusive use of guests staying in this room. It has bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
Single Bedroom (Main House)
A cosy room with views of the grounds, this room has:
- 4 foot 6 inches wide double bed
- Private bathroom
- Bathrobes
The bathroom is not en-suite but is for the exclusive use of guests staying in this room. It has shower, toilet and wash basin.
The room is usually let as a single, but can also be used by a parent with their child.
Double Bedroom (Barn Annexe)
This room has:
- double bed
- En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin
Double/Twin Bedroom (Barn Annexe)
These are the largest rooms in the annexe and have:
- 2 single beds or a Super-king Size Double bed
- En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin
